Kyky Linework Spash

I hope you guys enjoy this. I made this a while ago and there is supposed to be water around it, but I haven't had time to finish it to look nice, so I took the linework layer and decided to post it here. Please Please Please don't pirate this, if you want to use it, can you please ask my permission. Kyogre is one of my favorite pokemon and i suppose the easiest for me to draw on occasion so that is why i have so many in my gallery. So enjoy!
