Shiny Line Kyogre

WEll here is another shiny kyogre.....
but because i didn't feel like coloring him all the way...i cheated and used purple construction paper....^~^
i also hope that the lines and gestures are alright....^~^'
and i'll be honest.....i cannot...and don't know how the picture ended upsidedown.............
but when i scan it into the comupter in a few days...i hope it will look a bit better....
